We have introduced a full flexitime system that allows employees to choose their starting and ending times on a daily basis. As long as the prescribed monthly working hours are met, employees are free to choose their working hours per day. We aim to maximize results by allowing organizations and individuals to choose the hours they can work more efficiently.

It is possible to work on the side without affecting your main job, with the exception of working for other competing companies. (Application and permission required)

We provide laptops, external monitors, and other environments that allow us to maximize performance in response to the needs of our assigned operations.
