In this PoC, we temporarily provided a virtual fitting feature that allows for a simulated fitting experience at the official online shop of the women's brand "STUMBLY," which is developed by TSI Holdings. We conducted a demonstration experiment to verify the CVR (Conversion Rate), cost, customer feedback, etc.
In the online sale of fashion items, consumers cannot physically try the items, which is particularly challenging for brands that propose items with unique silhouettes, complex patterns, or different designs, colors and materials on the front and back. The high barrier of purchasing without trying on the product is an issue. Against this backdrop, our demonstration experiment employed "CLO-SET" by CLO Virtual Fashion for the virtual fitting feature. It expressed the texture of the item and the feeling of wrinkles and drapes when worn with an image close to the actual product. The goal is to not only improve the CVR in online sales and provide a new customer experience, but also to facilitate sustainable efforts by reducing the return rate.
